Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Ederméa and to every agreement concluded between Ederméa and the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and compliance with the conditions set. After purchase confirmation, the consumer immediately receives a confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the products. The costs for return shipping are borne by the consumer. Products that are sealed and whose seal has been broken after delivery (for hygienic reasons, such as skincare products) are excluded from return.

Article 6 – Prices and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. The consumer must make payments via the payment methods offered on the website (such as iDEAL, Credit Card, etc.).

Article 7 – Delivery and executionEderméa will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

Article 8 – Liability
Ederméa is not liable for allergic reactions or damage resulting from incorrect use of the products. Always follow the instructions on the packaging and the leaflet.

Article 9 – Applicable law
All agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
